Job Details

Engineering Support
·      Review and manage submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
·      Facilitate the Request for Information (RFI) process, including preparation, submission, and tracking of RFls.
·      Maintain and update the client portal with relevant project information, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders.
·      Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in planning, starting up, and maintaining projects.
·      Coordinate with internal teams, including estimators, superintendents, and field operations, to ensure project milestones are met.
Portfolio Data Management
·      Maintain and update railway project schedule data, including timelines, milestones, and status changes, to reflect the latest project developments.
·      Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems to support seamless project tracking and reporting.
·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
·      Develop and maintain dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights into portfolio performance.
·      Monitor and report on KPIs related to schedule, budget, and risk metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
·      Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from baseline metrics and recommend corrective actions.
