About the Role:

Are you an experienced header/boltmaker setup operator looking for a stable opportunity with a Monday-Thursday schedule? We’re seeking a skilled Formax Set Up & Operator to join our team in Euclid, OH. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts.

What we can do for YOU:

• Pay: $25-29/hr
• Shift: Monday – Thursday 6-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate one or more Formax headers/boltmakers.
• Interpret blueprints and job routings to determine part specs and tooling requirements.
• Install, adjust, and maintain tooling and machine components to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using gauges and measuring instruments.
• Document inspections and complete daily production reports.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and preventative maintenance.
• Assist and train operators and other setup personnel as needed.
• Act with urgency to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of cold heading and metalworking processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift/push up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
