We are looking to add the right person or persons to our team. I am looking for a carpenters helper.

Home Remodeling company looking to add to the team. We do a lot of, but not limited to Bathroom, Kitchen and Basement remodels.

Carpenter helper,  Handyman, can do some electrical and plumbing. Bathroom, Basement, and kitchen remodeling, Additions, Decks, Doors, Trim work, Painting, Drywall, Flooring.

If you have skills or are willing to learn and have a positive attitude then you are a good candidate.

We are located in Conshohocken PA. Most job site locations would either be in Conshohocken or 25 - 45 away from Conshohocken in any direction. That gives you a good frame of reference for travel time depending on where you are located. We do a good bit of work the Harleysville area as well

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Carpenters Helper to assist our skilled carpenters in various home remodeling projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction and home improvement industry while working on a wide range of exciting projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, hardworking, and committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with the installation of cabinets, trim, molding, framing, and other structural elements in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and home additions.
• Prepare and clean job sites to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Help with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as directed by carpenters.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are properly cleaned and stored.
• Assist in demolition and site preparation for remodeling projects.
• Follow safety protocols and assist in maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Learn new skills and techniques to grow in the carpentry field.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or carpentry is a plus but not required.
• Strong interest in learning the trade and growing in the field.
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in and around Conshohocken, PA.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
