Entry-Level Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Leominster, MA

Pay Rate: $22-$25 hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Part time with the possibility for full time advancement.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain organized vendor files and records
• Review purchase orders, pricing, invoices and vendor statements for accuracy.
• Reconcile cash drawers and bank deposits
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Update spreadsheets and reports using inventory and financial software (QuickBooks experience a plus!)
• Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Assist sales staff with refunds
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Highly organized, dependable, and a collaborative team player
• Ability to work independently after training
• Prior office or administrative experience a plus
• Some experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
