Job Description

Responsibilities:

Standard A/P and A/R process experience required
Processes bank reconciliations for business checking, lines of credit and credit card accounts
Reconcile daily credit card receipts & refunds
Conducts maintenance of files and spreadsheets for daily business financial monitoring
Discreet and reliable in the handling of confidential information
Enjoys solving detailed problems and keeping accurate records on different projects
Works independently but keeps management updated on recurring duties
Interacts with customers and work colleagues in a professional and upbeat manner
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks knowledge
