2nd Shift Equipment Operator
Location: Sayreville, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – Finish
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
Duties:
- Operate Raymond Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions delivered through a headset system using computer-generated tickets (English only)
- Accurately pick and move products to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach Truck experience
- This is NOT a forklift position
- Crown equipment experience does not qualify – only Raymond is used
- At least 2 years of general warehouse experience
- Experience using I-Warehouse Machines
- Technical & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions via headset
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Must be comfortable standing, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift
- Must wear steel-toe boots
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent attendance record and dependable work history
- Must be available for in-person interview during 2nd shift hours
- Must pass hands-on skills test during interview
- If hired and issued a badge, it must be returned upon separation from the company
