Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Compton, CA

Pay Rate: $17.81/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

A distribution company in Compton is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid inventory knowledge and RF scanning experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and staging orders

• Use RF scanner to track, locate, and verify inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ year of warehouse experience

• Must have RF scanning experience

• Inventory knowledge required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Must be able to work the full shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
