Requirements:

✔ 1+ year of hands-on soldering experience (manufacturing or electronics industry preferred).
✔ Ability to work with small components and use hand tools.
✔ Familiarity with IPC soldering standards is a plus.
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
