Labor Solutions is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team on the night shift. This role is essential for ensuring our materials and products meet all required standards before reaching our customers. Pay Rate: $24.81/hour (3rd Shift) 
Hours:  12-hour shifts, 6 PM – 6 AM | Every other weekend | Alternating 3 and 4 days/week
            Rotates to 1st shift (6 AM – 6 PM) every 4 months at Pay Rate $22.81
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections: incoming, in-process, first piece, supplemental, and final

• Accurately measure and record data using calibrated tools

• Manage and document non-conforming material

• Maintain traceability and proper documentation of products

• Ensure all gauges and equipment are properly calibrated

• Lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

• Able to detect visual defects as small as 0.8 sq. mm

• Must pass a color deficiency test

• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment

• Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
