Experienced Line Cook

Passionate about seafood and fine dining? Join our waterfront team as an Experienced Line Cook, crafting exceptional dishes in a fast‐paced yacht club kitchen.

$2 per hour worked summer bonus for all hours worked between 5/19 and 9/1. 

What You’ll Do
Prep & Execute | Set up your station, prepare ingredients, and cook to precise recipe specifications (grill, sauté, fry, etc.).

Quality & Consistency | Plate each dish to O.P.Y.C. standards—taste, timing, presentation.

Safety & Sanitation | Maintain a spotless workstation, follow FIFO rotation and all ServSafe/health‐dept protocols.

Team Collaboration | Communicate with chefs, expediter, and FOH for seamless service; jump in where needed during peaks.

What You Bring
Experience | 2+ years in a high‐volume or fine‐dining kitchen.

Skills | Strong skills and safe equipment handling.

Certifications | ServSafe or current Food Handler’s permit.

Attitude | Calm under pressure, detail‐driven, and a true team player.

Availability | Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
