SUMMARY

Plans.developes and establishes policies and objectives of our business organization. Perform the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Confer with company officials to plan business objectives, to develop organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between divisions and departments. Establish responsibilities of procedures for attaining objectives.

Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans accordance with current conditions.

Directs and coordinates formulation of financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and to increase productivity.

Plans and develops industrial, labor and public relations policies designed to improve companies' image and relations with customers, employees and public.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise all functional departments to include Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting. Quality Assurance and Human Resources

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Four Year Business Degree or Engineering Degree with eight to ten years executive level managerial experience with

full P & L responsibility.
