Hiring: Material Handler (Temp-to-Perm | 24 Months)

Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour (Depending on Shift)

Russell Tobin, a division of Pride Global and a leading staffing and recruiting agency, is hiring Material Handlers for one of our top manufacturing clients. This 24-month temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for candidates looking to start quickly and grow into a long-term role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer orders

• Stock, label, and distribute materials in warehouses or on manufacturing lines

• Move materials using forklifts, trucks, cranes, or other equipment

• Perform inventory tracking, cycle counts, and data entry in SAP and IQMS

• Handle outbound shipping preparation, crating, and auditing

• Schedule and arrange specialized crating, rigging, and trucking

• Follow all safety protocols and perform regular inspections

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of inventory control and safety procedures

• Forklift certification (preferred)

• Strong organization, time management, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and operate material handling equipment

Safety Protocols Include:

• Required PPE and cleanroom procedures

• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO and ZEST) compliance

• Use of ergonomic and lifting equipment

• Active participation in safety inspections and hazard reporting
