Please note- The annual base salary range is $50k to $70k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and resources available for support.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by relevant regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling.
• Active and unrestricted LMHC or LCSW license in New York.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of substance abuse and opioid treatment.
