Job Details

We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent (Electrical) to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Operating Region:

• Southern USA
• TX, FL, MS coverage.

Schedule

• Target work week: 4x10s + 2x8s

Travel & Perks

• Solo hotel provided
• Per diem: $40–$70/day (based on market)
• Truck or truck allowance + gas card
• Driving record will be reviewed

Tools & Technology

• Must be comfortable with tech on site (tablets for drawings, etc.)
• Must have experience with Procore
• Familiarity with BuildOps is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients
• Order materials
• Manage manpower
• Run multiple jobs when needed
• Projects like schools, hotels, commercial grade/heavy commercial jobs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
