Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Contracts Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for proposing, negotiating, and administering a variety of contracts and performing general business systems administration.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Contract data input/entry into ERP system
• Completing contract closeout
• Supporting and maintaining contractual records, proposal logs and reporting
• Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate and administer non-disclosure agreements
• Draft contractual letters and general business correspondence
• Maintain official contractual documentation
• Provide contractual guidance and support to functional areas (i.e. Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc.)
• Support contract process improvement efforts
• Completing special projects, as required

Experience/Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in SharePoint
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR clauses
• BS or BA in an applicable field (business, legal, etc.)
