Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with potential and existing policyholders to assess their insurance needs and preferences.

Solution Crafting: Create customized insurance policies that address the unique needs of each client, making sure policies fulfill both immediate and long-term needs.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by actively pursuing leads and closing sales.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Industry Knowledge: Continuously update your understanding of industry trends, product offerings, and regulations to provide up-to-date advice and solutions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive client support and seamless service delivery.


Requirements

Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and capable of understanding client needs.

Proactive Approach: Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and be proactive in reaching out to potential clients.

Adaptability: Comfortable with fast-paced environments and willing to learn and adapt as necessary.

Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to solve client problems and devise effective insurance solutions.
