ImpulseRadar USA, Inc. (IRU) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ImpulseRadar AB Sweden an Addtech AB company based in Stockholm Sweden. The company, located minutes from Charleston, SC is rapidly growing due to its technical edge in both 2D and 3D ground penetrating radar systems. Addtech AB is a publicly traded company on the Swedish exchange. This is an exciting company position for a candidate well versed in bookkeeping and accounting knowledge, We are seeking a bookkeeper or accounting professional for our dynamic international company that has a firm understanding of all functions related to bookkeeping and can assist in reporting company results to the parent company in Sweden. The candidate must have at least 2 years' experience working in the accounting/bookeeping field. References required.

Accounting Support Tasks

1. Use QuickBooks online for all tasks as needed such as payroll, AR/AP, invoicing and reconciliation.

2. Work with distributors and resellers as needed regarding payments and logistics for order intake.

3. Learn the company in-house reporting software system for reporting per the company schedule.

4. Assist with customers in terms of shipments and problem solving of goods in transit etc.

5. Assist as needed the sales team for orders and payment such as wire transfers and credit card transactions.

6. Assist the team in preparation of financial reports such as income statement and balance sheet and other reporting tasks..
