On Call Specialist
The On Call Specialist is expected to perform a variety of on-call duties. Specialists will answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner and respond quickly to their needs. Communicate changes in Client Shifts to the Client(s) and CAREGiver(s) and keep a log of all on-call activities. Demonstrate open and effective communication with the owner and other team members. Ensure standards are met and upheld for each and every client. Knowledge of the ClearCare operating system is a plus. This position is a remote position from your home.
