As we continue to expand our franchise network, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Executive to oversee franchise operations and ensure alignment with our brand values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Network Oversight:
- Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess operations, customer service, and adherence to corporate standards.
- Provide actionable feedback to franchisees based on observations, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with brand guidelines.
2. Financial Performance Management:
- Analyze franchise financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and addressing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement strategies that enhance profitability and financial performance.
3. Brand Integrity and Compliance:
- Monitor compliance with corporate policies, operational procedures, and brand identity standards.
- Conduct brand audits to verify consistency across all franchise locations and support franchisees in implementing marketing and promotional initiatives.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Assist franchisees with resolving operational challenges, providing guidance to meet corporate expectations.
- Lead the implementation of corporate-driven operational improvements and changes across the franchise network.
5. Corporate Audit and Compliance Liaison:
- Prepare franchisees for corporate audits, ensuring they meet all requirements.
- Develop corrective action plans based on audit outcomes and report compliance status to senior management.
6. Sales Performance Optimization:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, setting benchmarks and growth strategies.
- Align personal performance objectives and bonuses with the achievement of franchise sales targets.
7. Training and Development:
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on corporate policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to franchisees to address challenges and enhance performance.
8. Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate headquarters and franchisees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues between franchisees and corporate, maintaining positive relationships and mutual understanding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in franchise management, operations, or a related senior executive role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving financial performance.
- Strong understanding of brand management and operational compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders.
