Location: Johnstown, CO
Industry: 24/7 Emergency Restoration (Water, Fire, Mold)
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | On-call 1 week/month

Are you ready to be the hero who steps in when disaster strikes? we’re looking for a Lead Mitigation Technician who’s hands-on, driven, and thrives in high-impact environments.

Whether it's water damage, fire cleanups, or mold mitigation—you'll lead the charge to bring homes and businesses back to life.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage mitigation projects (water, mold, fire/smoke)

• Delegate tasks to the crew (demo, equipment setup, cleaning)

• Set up and monitor equipment using PSA, MICA, etc.

• Communicate directly with customers, adjusters & sub-contractors

• Sketch rooms, create job scopes, and upload job documentation

• Keep your vehicle stocked, clean & storm-ready

• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized job site

• Be available for on-call rotation (1 week/month & during storm events)

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ year of restoration technician experience

• IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred

• Familiarity with moisture mapping software (MICA or similar)

• Can lift up to 75 lbs and work in active jobsite conditions

• Strong communication & leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license + clean background check
