Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English)
$17–$19/hr | Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm | Friday 8am–1pm | No weekends!
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

We’re a friendly and fast-paced orthopedic clinic in Salt Lake City seeking a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist who speaks both Spanish and English fluently to join our front office team. This is a great opportunity to bring your customer service skills into a supportive healthcare environment—no clinical experience needed!

This is a direct hire position with full benefits—not contract or temp.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, our bilingual Spanish receptionist helps create a warm, professional experience from the front desk. Your day will include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Verifying basic patient information
• Assisting with intake paperwork and general questions
• Supporting staff with front office organization and flow

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Friendly and professional with a natural customer service mindset
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients in person
• Strong attention to detail and able to stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in a medical office, customer service, receptionist, or scheduling role
• Familiarity with basic office software or scheduling systems
