FFI Contracting Services is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager/Estimator to join our team! Working within a collaborative environment and with a talented support team, our PM will assist our Sr. Estimator when needed; be responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of multiple remodeling projects. He or she will also exhibit a positive, supportive, can-do attitude and contribute to the team to mutually benefit one another, our projects, and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Jointly lead the teams' efforts throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to implementation.
• Maintain accurate schedules and updates in BuilderTrend, our project platform.
• Effectively allocate resources for projects through streamlined communication and system enhancements, creating more efficient and profitable results.
• Work closely with Project Coordinators and Superintendents to ensure onsite personnel and subcontractors are compliant, efficient and bringing their best.
• Develop and lead subcontractor trainings to boost performance and compliance with FFI standards, in turn elevating the customer experience.
• Professionally communicate and interface with clients, project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials.
• Negotiate with subcontractors to achieve best results and alignment with budgetary expectations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience - Minimum 5 years in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Team player, no excuses, seeker of solutions!
