Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Nashville, TN. This position will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage a team of 8–10 employees, and ensure efficient handling of inbound and outbound logistics.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in logistics, the ability to work long hours, and a proactive mindset. This role will transition with the company to our new location in Mount Juliet, TN in October.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Supervise and lead a team of 8–10 warehouse associates, providing coaching, direction, and support.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.

• Monitor productivity and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.

• Prepare operational reports and track key metrics.

• Support the transition and setup of the Mount Juliet facility.

• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for peak times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound shipping and warehouse operations.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule and flexible hours as needed.

• Experience in tractor parts, auto parts, or industrial supply preferred.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment when necessary.

• Ability to commute to Mount Juliet, TN once relocation occurs in October.
