About the Role
This position is ideal for recent grads who are eager to grow in a business-to-business sales role. No prior sales experience is required—just motivation, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the technology industry, prospecting, and building client relationships.
You’ll begin each day with team training in our Centennial office and spend the rest of your time connecting with local businesses through outreach, meetings, and consultative selling.
What You’ll Do
Participate in daily team strategy and development sessions
Prospect and connect with business decision-makers through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
Present POA’s full suite of technology and business solutions
Customize proposals to meet client needs
Follow up with prospects and clients to build trust and long-term partnerships
Consistently build your sales pipeline through outreach and relationship development
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Involvement in athletics, leadership roles, or campus organizations is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

First-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000+ with the potential to earn $100K+
