This position is responsible for manufacturing rupture disc products by following precise procedures, ensuring high-quality pressure relief solutions. This role involves physical demands such as frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 100 pounds, and using hand tools in varying temperatures. The work environment includes handling materials, operating machinery, and potential exposure to chemicals, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include determining material thickness, cutting materials, setting up dies in hydraulic or air presses, conducting burst and temperature testing, adjusting burst pressure through heat treatment, and ensuring shipments meet specifications. Attention to detail and compliance with safety measures are essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and performing technical tasks with accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Physical ability to lift 5–50 pounds frequently, perform repetitive hand movements, and work in varying temperatures for extended periods.
