We handle a broad range of complex civil litigation, including real estate disputes, business litigation, construction matters, and trust litigation, in both state and federal courts. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive memoranda and briefs
• Appear at court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Communicate with clients, providing regular updates and sound legal advice
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development
• Take ownership of your cases while developing your skills under supervision

What We're Looking For:

✔ J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
✔ Active California Bar license in good standing
✔ 1 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in business, real estate, construction, or trust litigation (but motivated candidates from other practice areas encouraged to apply)
✔ Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
✔ Confidence to appear in court and interact with clients
✔ A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent organization and time management
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
