The Workplace Dining Associate Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationships and expectations of current and future workplace dining accounts. The AAM handles onsite, hands-on management of team members assigned to the WPD accounts in the field, as well as the day-to-day workflow and processes needed to maintain and grow the account(s).

The AAM directly oversees all daily employee food programming and any special events associated with the account. They report directly to the Senior Account Manager of Workplace Dining and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure daily meal programming is varied and aligns with the overall dining preferences of the clients. The AAM is also responsible for maintaining daily waste logs, printing menu signage, and updating shared menu documents to accurately reflect the menus being served. 

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Workplace Dining, Corporate Catering, or Food & Beverage Account Management role.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to manage, train, and inspire on-site staff.
• Deep working knowledge of food and catering operations, with an eye for menu composition and presentation.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver under pressure.
• Highly proficient in technology—comfortable with tools such as Caterease, CaterExpert, Excel, Slack, Teams, Word, Canva, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
• Organized, solutions-oriented, and a natural collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

·       ServSafe or NYC Health Dept. Certification.

·       ATAP Certification.
