About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team in Orange, CA. You’ll be the on-site go-to person for managing Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and assisting in overall financial operations for two dynamic aerospace companies: Scarrott Metallurgical and Thermal-Vac Technology. This position reports to the Group Controller and offers the opportunity to grow into a P&L leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Accounts Payable: Match, code, and enter invoices into the general ledger; manage vendor relationships and check runs.

• Accounts Receivable: Generate and apply customer invoices, track cash receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.

• General Accounting: Create journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with monthly financial statements.

• Cash Flow Support: Help maintain and update weekly cash flow forecasts.

• Audit Assistance: Support the Controller during annual audits.

• Reporting & Analysis: Extract ERP data and build useful reports in Excel to drive insights.

Requirements:

• Experience with AR/AP and general accounting tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (JobBoss2 preferred).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace industries.

• Familiarity with JobBoss2 ERP system.
