Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Machine Operator to operate and maintain milling and lathe machines in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring both manual and CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Shifts: 1st & 2nd shift openings

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate milling and lathe machines (manual and/or CNC)
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and organized
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in machining a plus
Basic knowledge of machining principles and tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Prior experience operating mills and lathes preferred but not required (training available)
