Sales Representative
Location: Mesa, AZ (Hybrid – Office & Field Work)
Schedule: Hybrid hours, including in-office and field-based client visits

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads to grow the client base
• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with potential clients
• Educate clients on insurance options and match them with the best solutions
• Maintain relationships and provide excellent post-sale support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing

Requirements:

• Bilingual – English/Spanish (required)
• Active Insurance License (required)
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Professional, trustworthy, and customer-service oriented

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay (DOE)
• Commission structure based on performance
