We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

Amazing career opportunity in a rapidly growing eCommerce reseller, distributor and manufacturer of consumer products in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to work onsite in our Wheat Ridge headquarters. To be considered, you Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working with QuickBooks and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Recording financial transactions into QuickBooks (AR, AP, General Journal)
• Basic knowledge of financial statements, period close activities, creating journal entries and preparing account reconciliations
• Fact-checking accounting data
• Notifying senior staff of any accounting errors
• Preparing Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Sales Tax reports for all states
• Answering customer service questions from phone calls/chats and emails
• Assist in preparing payroll on a semi-monthly basis
• File Sales and Use Tax, multi-state

Education

• High School diploma required
• BS in preferred

Required Experience and Job Skills

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online Software (1 yr. required/2 yrs. preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet.

• Must have excellent data entry and organization skills
• Assist in monthly close, managing accounts receivables, processing and reconciling expenses, bank account balances and credit card charges, and loan balances

• Assist in documentation and monitoring of accounts

Hours and Compensation:

Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Full-time Job Hours: On-Site, M-F, 8am to 5pm, including 1 hour for lunch, plus two 15-minute breaks
