Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to help manage and maintain our product data, pricing, and inventory descriptions across multiple systems. This role involves working primarily in Excel and other business software to keep our internal database aligned with our packaging, labeling, and printed/digital catalogs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency across our product records, and you’ll work closely with our operations team to support the integrity of our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update pricing, product descriptions, and specifications in Excel and company systems.
• Match and verify catalog descriptions with inventory records, labeling, and packaging standards.
• Clean and organize data for consistency across systems and documents.
• Assist with preparing product data for catalogs, labels, or system uploads.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to resolve discrepancies or update records.
• Answer phones or assist with basic order entry on occasion.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel — including functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, formatting, and data cleanup.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of organization and accuracy.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to work independently and identify ways to streamline or improve data processes.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with ERP systems, or inventory software.
• Familiarity with small parts distribution or the electrical supply industry.
