We provide outpatient multimodal pain solutions including therapies and outpatient procedures with a team oriented approach in a friendly, fun, and fast paced work environment.

We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with an interest and experience in Interventional Pain Management.  Nurse Practitioners with an individual DEA certification is taken into consideration, but not required.  There is opportunity for part time or full time position at our Baytown and/or Humble location.   The successful candidate will be conducting patient routine musculoskeletal check ups, consultations, and joint injections for pain as well as opportunities in cellular/regenerative medicine therapies and injections for pain under the supervision of a Board Certified Physician in both Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Interventional Pain Medicine.   This opportunity focuses on patient care with comprehensive multimodal pain therapies from medication management to regenerative medicine and therapeutic percutaneous minimally invasive pain procedures, all of which allow active participation.
