Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time certified Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our team! We have openings in several classrooms. You will be responsible for working alongside classroom teachers to help care for our youngest students. The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, patient, and engaging. Responsibilities

Provide basic care to children of various ages. (1yrs old to Pre-K), which includes relationship building with families
Help facilitate and create classroom lesson plans provided by lead teacher
Assist with required licensing protocols for sanitizing, documentation, etc.
Work cooperatively with classroom teachers helping children reach social/emotional physical, and intellectual milestones
Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities at pick-up
Not be afraid to have fun, be silly, get creative!
Shifts available from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Qualifications

Early Childhood Assistant Teaching certification or the qualifications to apply for the certificate:
- Previous experience in the field
- Completion of TECE 1 coursework or completion of early childhood HS pathway, or some college credits in early childhood
Strong understanding of child development
Dependability as consistency is important for classroom management
First aid/CPR certified preferred
