We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED Leasing Specialists to join our team!

The Experienced Leasing Specialist will work with the Property Manager and team to provide great customer service, meet prospects, conduct tours, execute leasing paperwork, and follow up with leads to generate traffic to the community. As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents. Individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are vital to this role.
 

Apartment Leasing Requirements:

• 6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST!
• MUST be available to work some weekends
• Has knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing
• Reliable transportation- attendance and punctuality are imperative
• Have working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases
• Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
• In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices

Apartment Leasing Consultant Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
• Answer inquiries by phone and email.
• Follow up with leads, scheduling tours and helping future residents.
• Collect application fees, deposits, and rent.
• Prepare leasing documents.
• Prepares move-in / move-out notices, inspections, or procedures.
• Abide by Fair Housing Law while providing unmatched customer service.
