The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through close-out. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction and design, excels in communication and coordination, and is capable of leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. This position reports directly to the President and plays a critical role in the successful delivery of Sinclair’s projects.

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through close-out. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction and design, excels in communication and coordination, and is capable of leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. This position reports directly to the President and plays a critical role in the successful delivery of Sinclair’s projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field oversight.
- Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Interpret and coordinate construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and monitor job costs and performance metrics.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work aligns with contract documents and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or any applicable degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in one or more construction and design-related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing all phases of a construction project.
- Proficient in construction project software, including:
- Procore
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Project
- Bluebeam
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- PMP certification and OSHA 30-hour certification are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $140,000 – $160,000, commensurate with experience
