Our managers are positive leaders with top notch communication skills to effectively motivate employees and ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.

• Assists the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
• Oversees the training and development of staff
• Achieves stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• May have a specific focus on managing the beverage program, managing employees, and/or restaurant event planning

Required skills and qualifications to be a Front of House Manager:

• Able to pass a background screening and drug test
• 5 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
• An above-average knowledge of beer, spirits, and wine
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others

Physical requirements for Front of House Manager

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
