ERP Financial Planning & Analysis Associate
3 Month Assignment
4x onsite per week in NYC
Pay Range-  $25-$35 per hour w2 based on experience 

Needs to have 

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Summary:

• Assist with data reconciliation efforts as part of an ERP system implementation. This role will involve analyzing legacy system data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate migration into the new ERP system.
• Based on performance and business needs, there is potential for the role to expand into additional tasks supporting the finance team.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working with large datasets, ERP systems, and financial or operational data reconciliation.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Compare and reconcile data between the legacy system and the new ERP platform.
• Analyze historical data from legacy systems to identify inconsistencies.
• Document reconciliation findings and provide recommendations for data correction.
• Work closely with the finance team and the implementation consultants to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.
• Based on performance, take on expanded responsibilities in assisting the finance team with additional data analysis, reporting, or reconciliation tasks.

 
Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in accounting, finance, IT, or data management.
• Experience with financial or operational data reconciliation, data migration, or ERP system implementation.

Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
