What You’ll Be Doing
As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our local growth. You’ll be out in the field connecting with businesses, building relationships, and showing companies why AtWork is their go-to staffing partner.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Developing and executing a winning sales strategy to hit and exceed growth goals
  • Actively prospecting: networking, cold calling, researching, and qualifying leads
  • Managing your sales pipeline from first contact to closed deals
  • Using a consultative sales approach to solve client staffing challenges
  • Partnering with our recruiting team to ensure top-tier candidate placement and client satisfaction
  • Keeping accurate records and client data in our CRM
  • Staying ahead of trends in staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions

✅ What You Bring to the Table

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry is a plus!)
  • Strong consultative/solution-based selling experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, CRMs, and digital tools to support sales

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM (Flexible Start)
Part-time also available
