We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical Drafter with specialized experience in AutoCAD and Revit to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

️ Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Drafter, you will:

• Develop Detailed Drawings: Create precise mechanical drawings, including HVAC systems, ductwork, piping layouts, and equipment schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with engineers to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes into drafting models.

• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and company drafting standards.

• Maintain Drawing Repositories: Organize and maintain drawing files, ensuring proper version control and documentation.

• Assist in Project Coordination: Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical) to resolve conflicts and ensure integrated design solutions.

✅ Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical drafting, with a focus on MEP systems.

• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with BIM coordination is a plus.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping design.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in drafting and design work.

• Education: Associate's degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field
