In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory management, sales tracking, and retail math calculations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Ability to stock shelves efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment.

• Capability to work Tuesday through Saturday hours are 9:30am - 5:30 pm., and we are closed on Sunday and Mondays.
