We are seeking skilled, Spanish-speaking Leasing Consultants for upcoming opportunities in the Silver Spring, MD area. Our clients are looking for people with a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help Spanish & English speaking prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.

These offer full-time schedules but we also have other opportunities that offer flexibility for part-time hours.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak both Spanish and English to assist residents and future residents
• Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond

• Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
