KLMV is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between our company and our valued clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is professional, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers with account management, including processing orders, billing inquiries, and service adjustments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
  • Communicate account statuses, updates, and issues to both customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, support, operations) to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a full understanding of our offerings.
  • Process account changes, new account setups, and cancellations when necessary.
  • Work towards achieving team and individual goals related to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to assist customers in achieving their goals.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
