What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll be the heart of our guest experience, blending service, teamwork, and operational excellence to keep our premier facilities thriving. Your role includes:

• Delivering Top-Notch Service: Greet guests warmly, act as a friendly cashier, and promote our wash memberships to enhance their experience.
• Ensuring Smooth Operations: Monitor our state-of-the-art wash tunnel to ensure equipment runs flawlessly, delivering perfect washes every time.
• Maintaining Excellence: Perform routine checks to keep the facility clean and operations at our high standards, ensuring a welcoming environment and exceptional experience.
• Vacuum Area Concierge: Engage guests in the vacuum area with personalized assistance, building connections and boosting membership sales.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time (24–40 hours/week)
• Schedule:
  • Morning Shift: ~6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon/Evening Shift: ~2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Flexibility required for weekends and holidays
• Work Location: In-person at one of our Ohio locations
