Shift: 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.

This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a path to permanent employment with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery including 3- to 5-axis machining centers, gantry, and double column machines.

• Set up, drill, tap, and mill components to meet precise specifications.

• Perform part inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, indicators, etc.).

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T requirements.

• Deburr and prep parts for final delivery.

• Accurately clock in/out of daily work orders and maintain production timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating CNC machinery or manual milling machines.

• Solid understanding of G-code, M-code, and machine tooling.

• Familiarity with Fanuc, Okuma OSP, and/or Siemens controls is a strong plus.

• Proficiency with metric measurements and precision instruments.

• Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
