Job Details

Essential Job Functions (Including but not limited to):

• Preprocess parts, design, and create work holding needed.
• Document process to follow for machine setup.
• Final part inspection utilizing all forms of inspection tools.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The position requires frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling objects that are 50 pounds or lighter.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Travel:

• No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on the job as a programmer with efficient use of Mastercam software.
• Experience working as a Machinist and Operator.
• Knowledge of tooling while utilizing proper speeds and feeds.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver license, or State issued photo ID
• Successful completion and passing of fit for duty physicals, background checks and drug & alcohol testing programs
