Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Douglas County, GA. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and mini-splits)

• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups according to manufacturer specifications

• Accurately diagnose system issues and provide clear, written estimates for repair options

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners regarding system performance and recommended services

• Complete work orders and service reports using a mobile device or tablet

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and local HVAC codes

• Maintain inventory on truck and keep assigned vehicle organized, clean, and stocked

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience

• EPA Universal Certification required

• HVAC trade school certification or equivalent field experience preferred

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and components

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
