Job Expectations:

Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Schedule inspections jobs to ensure they are completed on time.
• Review and approve all completed inspection jobs on a daily basis.
• Assist with accounts receivables, when required.
• Process annual contract renewals.
• Manage/ update reporting systems.
• Attend Inspections WIP meetings and provide updates/ meeting minutes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years’ experience within the trade industry (Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, etc.) is preferred.
• 2+ years' customer service role and in a professional office setting is preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Must have a positive attitude and be reliable.
• Must be able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
