We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Process payments with accuracy 
• Transact policy changes accurately 
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Pivot products and multi-line existing customers while providing outstanding customer service 

​Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years insurance customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Must speak Spanish fluently 
• Must have an active 440 or 220 license. 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
