Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entering spray jobs for drivers

• Creates the list of the jobs by driver and the list of chemicals in Excel to load onto trucks

• Prepare invoicing, billing, and recommendations.

• Enter billing data into accounting software.

• Generate and review reports.

• Resolve customer issues and requests.

• File accounts receivable documents.

• Answer phones and greet customers.

• Work closely with PCAs (Pest Control Advisors).

• Handle daily county reporting.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and note-taking skills.

• Ability to handle distractions and shifting priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Experience with data entry and basic accounting, including 10-key.

• Friendly and personable demeanor with the ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to seek guidance for unfamiliar tasks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Famous Software and CDMS is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
